Enjoy an ACAC custom massage!  Whether you are looking for deep relaxation and rejuvenation or a deep tissue therapeutic massage for achy and tired muscles, this is the service for you.  Your massage therapist will customize this service to your needs to provide an exceptional spa experience. Available modalities include Deep Tissue, Swedish massage, and Pregnancy massage.  Please note:  For pregnancy massage, you must be in your second or third trimester, and please specify when booking your appointment that you are booking a pregnancy massage. Pregnancy massage is specifically designed for the expectant mother to help alleviate the common discomforts of pregnancy.

Medical Massage
Just what the doctor ordered!! Medical massage is a result oriented treatment prescribed to resolve conditions that have been diagnosed by a physician. Treatment will focus only on the area related to the diagnosis and service duration may be 45, 60, or 90 minutes as per the prescription. Clients should contact their insurance provider prior to acquiring a prescription from their physician to ensure reimbursement through a flex benefits plan (Note: The Spa@ACAC will not submit insurance paperwork or claims on behalf of a client). Clients must submit a prescription from their physician to the spa prior to treatment.

Enter into a deeper dimension of relaxation with stone therapy. Hot and cool basalt stones create a nurturing, healing, and stress reducing experience during this 90-minute treatment.

Swe-Thai Massage
Swe-Thai Massage combines ancient Eastern knowledge of a highly revered form of medical massage with Western knowledge of specific soft-tissue therapies. This massage is done fully clothed and involves stretching, compression massage and trigger-point/energy-point therapy.

Aromatherapy
Inhale, Exhale… Relax.  Aromatherapy massage uses pure essential oils derived from plants to affect your mood, aid in relaxation, and alleviate pain.

Body Therapy

The Body Treatment
Exfoliate, soften and relax your body. This 90-minute treatment begins with a dry brushing to exfoliate the body, followed by a relaxing massage and sea salt glow to soften and smooth the skin. A masque hydrates and detoxifies the body.

Salt Glow
Feel invigorated and refreshed! This one-hour treatment begins with a dry-body brushing to stimulate the lymph flow. Next nutrient-rich Dead Sea salts, with kelp extracts and exfoliating enzymes, are applied. Relax as the scents of sandalwood, lavender and lemon envelop your body. Buff away dry, dull skin to reveal a dewy, soft complexion.
