ACAC offers a variety of personal training services. Choose from 30-60 minute sessions or even train with a buddy.

TRX Suspension Training
TRX uses own bodyweight as resistance, so you determine how difficult your workout is. TRX uses your own bodyweight for building strength, balance and core stability. One-on-One and small group training sessions are available.

Personal Training Sessions
Train 30 or 60 minutes one on one, with a certified personal trainer. A specialized workout will be created just for your needs. Whether you are seeking; resistance, cardiovascular, or sports performance training or you are looking for weight loss/weight gain, let us help you through your workout.

Small Group Training
Train in a small group of three to six individuals. The cost per person is considerably less than one-on-one training. Groups can focus on a variety of areas and can be formed by the members or put together by the personal training director.

Pilates Reformer Training
If you are ready for a creative and fun workout that will flatten your stomach and relieve back pain, the time is right to try Pilates Reformer training. We offer one-on-one sessions or small groups.

Kettlebell Training
Learn the basics and feel the benefits of kettlebells. This authentic, timeless training system develops a strong core, back and shoulders. All inclusive workouts also cover safety, technique, and drills.
