Eight Weeks to Success
This eight-week program is a comprehensive approach to weight loss, controlling chronic conditions, and disease risk reduction. Curriculum includes all topics mentioned in Four Weeks to Wellness plus discussions on eating behaviors and lifestyle to move towards a healthier version of you.

Four Weeks to Wellness
This four-week program focuses on strengthening nutrition knowledge and will be modified to individual needs. Topics may include elevated cholesterol, diabetes, and weight management.

Nutrition Boot Camp
Get a jump start on healthy eating with this concentrated program that includes; tailored nutrition coaching sessions, meal planning, intake analysis

Nutrition for Life Club
Personalized nutrition support for graduates of both group and individual weight loss programs. Club provides accountability: weigh-ins scheduled at your convenience (up to two per month) – nutrition coaching: expert guidance and support – access: answers to your nutrition questions emailed within 48 hours – timely information: monthly “Nutrition in the News” emails – discounts: toward the first month’s program membership ($10 value) – member rewards: qualify for quarterly drawings – convenience: automatic monthly membership renewal

Weight Management for Life
This 12-week, comprehensive program includes a composition analyses, nutrition analysis of current intake, nutrition coaching, complimentary food and exercise journal. It provides the tools you need to lose weight and keep it off.

Metabolism Assessment
Find out how many calories your body actually requires. In this 1-hour session, your resting metabolic rate is measured using a Medgem device (measured by breathing into the device). The remainder of the session is a discussion of metabolism, energy, and stamina in relation to exercise.

Bod Pod
Receive an accurate body composition profile (percentage of body fat and lean muscle) & your resting metabolic rate. Bod Pod sessions are available in 2 options: A 30-minute option which includes the test and a review of the results or a 90-minute option including the testing, a review of results, and either a 60-minute Nutrition Consultation with a Registered Dietitian or a 60-minute Personal Training session.
