Active Aging
Masters members not only receive a discount on their ACAC membership, they are able to take advantage of exclusive offerings, such as “Healthy Horizons” luncheon seminars, led by community and club experts focusing on topics related to health and wellness and excursions to local and regional theatres, parks, restaurants and more.
Healthy Horizons
ACAC’s Healthy Horizons wellness program is for ACAC club masters members who want to get the most out of their ACAC memberships. This program includes lunch. Non-members may attend, space permitting.
Masters Swimming
This is geared for former swimmers, future triathletes and beginners. Increase your cardiovascular endurance and swimming technique with the help of an ACAC team of master coaches.
Exercise Classes
Fit over Fifty, Balance, Zumba lite, Yoga and a variety of classes and programs are offered specifically for our active aging members. Seated classes are also an option. Among those offered, pilates emphasizes core strength and flexibility, strength training and flexibility classes feature seated work using light hand weights and towel stretches.
Beginners Bridge
Play cards, have fun and spend time with friends.
Resolutions
This 8-week program gets you back on track with your fitness goals. Meet with your Resolutions coach for goal setting and equipment orientation in week one, then check-in with your coach each week thereafter. Non-members have use of the indoor fitness facility throughout the program.
