Developed by acac Fitness & Wellness, the Physician Referred Exercise Program (p.r.e.p.®) was designed to offer a non-intimidating exercise program that helps individuals begin or return to exercise. Originally developed to bridge the gap between healthcare and fitness, p.r.e.p.® provides exercise guidance, accountability and support for life-long success.

Racquetball
Get in the game with our on-site racquetball court. At acac Eagleview, we offer both singles and doubles racquetball on our court, free for acac members. Played with a stringed racquet and rubber ball, racquetball provides a great cardio workout. It’s the perfect way to stay active while socializing with fellow members.
